Favorite Meal Prep Recipes

Eric and I are on a journey to get back to healthy eating and exercise habits, and we recently started seeing a personal trainer to hold us accountable.

Eric travels 4-5 days a week and I host clients and attend events most nights, so meal planning was something we needed to start doing to stay on track.

Here are our favorite fast and easy meals and snack we’ve tried so far (I’ll update this as we make more):
