Clean and Trim | Start prepping this season’s outdoor areas by cleaning out existing flower beds, pulling weeds and removing brush from around your home. Power wash your concrete and decking, and don’t forget that some plants need trimming now to bloom during the summer. Learn More

Cut the Lawn | Once the weather stops dropping below freezing and you see active grass growth, it’s time to cut. Remember to give your mower a good once-over and get the blades sharpened before the first mow. Make sure not to mow too low or over fertilize this early in the season. Learn More

Mulch | Beyond a finished look to your landscaping, mulch offers many benefits to your flower beds. From reducing erosion and preventing weeds to insulating soil and retaining moisture, mulching in early spring will foster a plentiful growing season. Learn More

Submit Your Plans | As you start working in your yard, don’t forget to submit any necessary applications for any improvements made to your lot or home to your Home Owner’s Association.
